W2's for the past two (2) years.
   

        

Pay stubs covering most current thirty (30) day period.
   

        

Last two (2) years tax (1040) returns, signed and dated.
   

        

Last three (3) months bank statements to verify cash to close.
   

        

For all outstanding loans:
   -  Name of lender
   -  Address of lender
   -  Loan number
   -  Outstanding balance and payment
   

        

If self-employed:
   -  1065 and K-1 tax returns
   -  1120 tax forms
   -  Year-to-date profit and loss statement
   

        

If renting - name and address of Landlord.
   

        

If divorced - copy of divorce decree and settlement agreement.
   

        

If Condo purchase:
   -  Copy of bylaws
   -  Copy of Condo declaration
   -  Certificate of insurance
   -  Evidence of fidelity bond
   -  Association and/or management name, address and number.
   

          

Name, address and telephone number of attorney.
